Simplified Visitor Access:
3 steps residents can create a pre-registered visitor pass and share it with their visitors for secure and convenient access into the community. Upon arrival, visitors have to present this pass using their mobile device to gain quick access. Residents will also be notified upon the arrival of their visitors.

Emergency Panic Button:
With a simple touch of a button the security in community will be alerted and come to aid.

Incidents & Notification:
A platform for the management to notify the residents with regards to outages, updates and other information. It also acts as a platform for residents to post notification or report incidents.

Digitally stored Information accessible from the back end allows the management to analyse patterns to better plan resources.
